AFC Oak

 The time has come to bid farewell for now to our beautiful Oak children and families.  It has truly been such an Amazing year and we are happy and grateful that we had the opportunity getting to know each of you!  Have an Awesome and Fantastic Summer!

 Good afternoon Oak Families!  What a beautiful, beautiful day!!  We spent some time in class this morning creating and drawing with our friends.  The weather was absolutely wonderful which compelled us to take one last walk through our beautiful neighborhood and we enjoyed every moment of it.  Along the way we saw a lady watering her plants with a sprinkler. When she saw us she turned it off but, the children were very eager to run through it and she happily turned it back on.  The children squealed with delight and loved it!  We saw two chipmunks on our walk. One of the friends were greeted by their Dad as we walked past their house.  She was delighted! Some friends made a slide with the big logs and they also used it for jumping. We hope you all are able to get out and enjoy some of this beautiful weather. Have a Great afternoon!

There's no better way to celebrate and honor children than to follow their lead in celebrating their individual uniqueness. Today we celebrated BW, CC, JB, and KS's summer birthdays with their friends and it resulted in a day of sharing toys, wearing pajamas, joy, love and finally, enjoying some delicious popsicles after lunch. We sung Happy Birthday to these friends! Children discovered "a giant ant on the snail's tail!" and made sure the teachers were not left out of the excitement. Many children wanted parents to see the giant ant, here it is in all its splendor ready to celebrate along with the children! Yummy Popsicles! We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to each of you for sharing your children with us throughout the year.  We have had an Amazing year getting to know you and your children, learning, growing, and sharing in their joy together.  For our friends moving on, we will miss you and wish you all the best on your educational journey.  To our...
