AFC Oak

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! The children enjoyed some new materials today including light table shape building and magnetic letter building.  Piece materials provide a lot of open ended creativity for children.  The children also continued to elevate the complexity of their car building today adding multiple materials together.  We rounded out the morning with fun in the gym and enjoying the beautiful weather outside! Good afternoon, Oak Room Family!  The children had a very busy morning today!  We had a surprise visitor to the fence outside our window... a giant hawk!  It was very exciting!  We also planted pea seeds in our hanging planters and hope to watch them grow over the next few weeks.  On top of all of that we also had small capers with our neighboring classrooms too!
