Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! The exciting moment has come! The playscape construction is underway! We went on a field trip to watch some of the construction happening from a safe distance. We are so excited to watch the new playscape come together! The children also are continuing their sewing class project with some students clipping the binding on and then sewing some of it on. We continue to have more work to do but it’s coming along! Happy Spring!

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! Children enjoyed pajamas and small capers today. They also enjoyed working with the sewing machine. Have a wonderful spring break and we look forward to seeing you again on March 31. Please remember that there are changes to the drop off procedure starting after spring break. Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! Children measured classroom objects, teachers, themselves and each other today among other activities then we spent a good amount of time enjoying the weather outside. We moved small capers to Thursday this week to allow for more time outside today in the beautiful weather. Children also voted this morning to have a pajama day tomorrow so PAJAMA DAY TOMORROW for any students who wish to participate. Thank you to parents for joining us for conferences yesterday and we look forward to meeting with more parents today. Have a great day!

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! The children of the Oak Room discussed a group project last week and shared what they wanted included in it (each child had ideas they shared) and all wanted to make sure everyone was included in the project. After much discussion and a few rounds of voting to decide on format, materials, and design the children began their work today. The children each painted a fabric square today that will be included in the final work.  Also, we look forward to speaking with everyone later today or tomorrow at conferences! Have a fantastic day!
