Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! It is still pretty snowy and cold out so we gave the children a choice about going out or not and all children that chose going out went on a walk to visit the chickens and those who did not want to go out worked on a variety of things in the classroom. As we get later into this week it looks like we will be having outdoor temperatures so please make sure children have hats/hoods, gloves/mittens, and boots so we can have fun in the snow. If your child does not have boots for the snow then we will give them school rain boots to wear to keep their shoes and feet dry. We have added a new dramatic play area to our classroom for children to be the teachers and students. Children have come up with many name suggestions for the space but are still considering which name to choose. Have a wonderful day!
