"A Wonky Day"

"A wonky day is when its wet outside and we can't go out" says BW.  So, what did we do in the Oak room today?  We created with loose parts; designed with castle blocks, rainbow pebbles, stacking stones and fairy garden materials; we sounded out letters to make words and Pokémon cards, made words with the alphabet letters and trains; and lastly, we did some sewing with Ms. Lena.  GN said "This was a fun day!"
I made a person with arms.

NP - Let's connect our pieces together.
GN - Yeah! That would be so good.

I made a writing pencil.

I made a musical instrument.

The children came up with the idea of writing their names on a list to see whose turn it will be to feed the fish.  Today, AV got the chance to feed them and everyone watched as they gobbled it up.  Each day a new friend will have a turn to feed them.  This was so exciting for them!

Have a wonderful afternoon!
