Making Pots on Dinosaur Day

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family!  This morning the teachers foolishly believed that it was a normal day but thankfully KBS let us know that it was dinosaur day.  So in celebration of dinosaur day we brought toy dinosaurs to the playscape to play with in hopes that it might help us find a real T-Rex!  We're still searching for T-Rex so, please, if you see a T-Rex let us know.  Thank you!  We also borrowed a pot press and used some junk mail advertisements to press pots for planting seeds.  The children informed the teachers of what we would need in order to plant seeds: soil, water and light.  Today the children made pots to hold the soil.

Have a wonderful day!
