AFC Oak

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family!  The children have previously studied Mars rovers and Lunar rovers and became interested in Earth Rovers that operate under the ocean.  Today some students did a little research into what a few ocean rovers look like and watched a few short video clips of how they move and operate.  We printed photos of a few different ocean rovers and the children constructed ocean rovers with our engineering set, with magnet pieces and some made drawings of ocean rovers.  A few children were also discussing what level of the ocean they thought the rovers were operating in which leads us to questions about the levels of the ocean. Good afternoon, Oak Room Family!  It was a Friday Funday today with a lot of inside activities this morning because of the rain but we did make it outside under the cover of the patio for a while too. Have a great weekend!
