Uninterrupted Play
Happy Monday Oak room families! The children were very engaged with their morning and so chill that we didn't want to interrupt their learning and play. In the classroom friends took turns working with tweezers and poms poms in the sensory tub moving them from the tub into small cups; some friends made art while others designed structures with the magnet tiles.
On the playscape these friends worked together making soup with sand.
NP said "we need a menu." EO said "yeah, so we can invite people over to eat the soup."
This friend found a pill bug (roly poly) as he and his friends dug beneath the rocks looking for slugs.
We also captured these friends hanging out in the tree; playing in the rock pebbles and enjoying the sandbox.
It has certainly been a beautiful day full of wonder and engagement!
Have a fantastic afternoon!
