“I Love You”

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family! On the way to the forest, a group of children were being very careful to make sure everyone had a hand to hold, and they each sweetly told each other “I love you.” The children experience a freedom and an openness from being outside in an unstructured space. It helps them connect to nature and each other differently than is possible in the classroom.  The Reggio concept of environment as a third teacher is something that Ambrose embodies in the rich and varied outdoor and nature experiences available to children.

“Hello? Hello? Are you there?” Fortunately the forest has three-way calling capabilities for the children.

Of all the gifts the forest gives to the children, the ball today was pretty surprising.

Oh no! A group of baby dinosaurs in the forest!

Wolves!

Have a great weekend!
