Bigger and Smaller

Good afternoon, Oak Room Family!  Children were working with plastilina clay this morning and as they were making snakes and eventually mealworms they were noticing the sizes, which was bigger, smaller, longer, shorter and started comparing multiples.  It was a fun example of children using clay to practice math concepts.  Teachers noticed this comparing and got out some blocks so that children could make even more size comparisons and ordering.

Have a magnificent weekend!
